We value your privacy. Learn how to permanently remove your account and all associated data from Visioneon.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Instant)

The fastest and most secure way to delete your data is directly within the Visioneon app. This process is immediate and permanent.

  1. Open the Visioneon app on your device.
  2. Navigate to the Dashboard.
  3. Tap your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.
  4. Scroll down to the "Actions" section and tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Option 2: Web Request (Manual)

If you have already uninstalled the app and wish to request a manual deletion of your account and cloud-stored data, please contact our support team.

Please include the email address associated with your account so we can verify and process your request.

What data will be deleted?

  • Your user profile and authentication credentials.
  • All cloud-stored AI usage credits and history.
  • Any feedback or support tickets linked to your account.
  • Locally stored vision boards, dreams, and gallery assets (when using the in-app deletion option).
