We prioritize your privacy and minimize data collection. We do not sell your personal data.

• Account Information: If you create an account, we store your email address and authentication identifiers provided by our authentication partner (Clerk).
• Subscription Data: We store your subscription tier (Free, Pro, Lifetime) and transaction history related to app purchases.
• Local Data: Your vision boards, images, and texts are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your personal content unless you explicitly choose to back it up using our optional cloud features.

3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage

Our app utilizes advanced AI features to enhance your creativity.

• Gemini Nano Banana (Image Model): We use Google's Gemini Nano Banana model specifically for image generation and creative visual tasks. This is an advanced image model, not just a text model. According to Google's Generative AI Privacy Policy, data sent to the API is not used to train their models, and your data is deleted after processing. We do not store your AI inputs or outputs on our servers.
• Magic Wand (On-Device Background Removal): The background removal feature utilizes pure on-device AI (via MLKit Subject Segmentation). Your images are processed entirely within your device's secure environment. No image data is sent to external servers for background removal.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to provide core functionality. These services may collect information such as your Device ID, IP address, and usage data subject to their own privacy policies:

• Clerk: Used for secure user authentication and account management. Privacy Policy
• RevenueCat: Used to manage subscriptions and billing. Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements to free tier users. AdMob may collect data to show personalized ads. Privacy Policy
• Google Play Services: Used for processing in-app purchases and subscriptions. Privacy Policy
• Unsplash: Used to provide stock images. When you search for images, your search query is sent to Unsplash. Privacy Policy

5. Data Storage & Backups

• Local Storage: By default, all your creations are stored locally on your device.
• Google Drive Backup (Coming Soon): Paid users may opt-in to back up their data to their own personal Google Drive. We verify utilizing Google OAuth scopes to access only the specific files created by Visioneon. We cannot see or access other files in your Google Drive. This backup is entirely under your control.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have full control over your data:

• Account Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated cloud data directly from the "Profile" section in the app.
• Local Data: Uninstalling the app effectively deletes all locally stored vision boards and images.
• Request Deletion: You may contact us to request the deletion of any specific data we might hold (e.g., support emails) at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
