1. Introduction

Welcome to Visioneon. By downloading or using our mobile application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. By using the app, you confirm you meet these age requirements.

3. Use of License

Visioneon grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

4. User Content & Data

• Ownership: You retain all rights to the images, text, and vision boards you create. We do not claim ownership of your content.
• Data Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and data at any time via the "Profile" section. Uninstalling the app will also remove local data.
• Backups (Coming Soon): If you choose to use the optional Google Drive backup feature (Paid Tier), you grant us permission to access your Google Drive solely for the purpose of creating and managing Visioneon-specific files.

5. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features

Our app includes AI-powered features (e.g., image generation via Gemini Nano Banana, background removal).

• Accuracy: AI services are provided "as-is". We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.
• Usage: You agree not to use AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
• No Training: Data sent to AI providers (like Google) is not used to train their models and is deleted after processing, in accordance with their policies.

6. Subscriptions, Billing & Credits

Some features require a paid subscription (Pro or Lifetime). Payments are processed securely via Google Play Store and managed by RevenueCat.

• No Refunds: All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions or lifetime purchases.
• No Free Trials: We do not offer free trials. The app is free to use with limited features; paid features require an upfront purchase.
• Credits & Expiration:
  • Credits allocated to your account (e.g., for AI generation) are valid only for the duration of your current subscription period.
  • Credits do not roll over to the next period.
  • Any unused credits expire automatically at the end of the billing cycle.
  • For Yearly and Lifetime plans, all credits are allocated upfront at the time of purchase.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play Store settings.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms, particularly regarding misuse of AI or generation of illegal content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Visioneon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or data loss arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
